KOM Air
combative

With a frame weighing less than 770g in the standard frame size, the KOM AIR now belongs to the world  lightweight class, without sacrificing rigidity or reassuring stability of its predecessors.
These remarkable attributes are achieved via the innovative DTC (Digital Cutting Technology) carbon-cutting system which uses the latest lamination technology and KOSM (Kuota Optimized Shape Management). This makes it possible to form each frame size individually, achieving the perfect balance between performance and security.

The “King of Mountain” for 2013 is far more than just a name. It has been successfully used by professional teams in numerous Grand Tours and UCI Pro Tour events in recent years. Furthermore, the KOM Air incorporates a brand new seat tube, reduced to Ø 27.2 mm seat post for more comfort on today’s unforgiving poorly maintained roads. A PF30 bottom bracket, internal cable routing and a 1-1/2 “to 1-1/8” carbon steerer tube serve to increase stability.

The frame is also compatible with mechanical or Shimano Di2 and Campag EPS groups.
