The Russian Alexandr Kolobnev who rides in Biemme sponsored clothing was beaten to 1st place by by Paolo Bettini in the Mens World Road Race Championships on Sunday 30th Septmember.  The Russian was unlucky not to win, Bettini just coming round him in the final metres.  A nearly for Kolobnev!
